Nothing rhymes more with summer than a spree of Wimbledon excitement. The thrill of the sport will be illuminating fans’ faces as they tune in from the 3rd of July, when The Championships open. Bringing the taste of victory and sportsmanship to the nation, Stella Artois is hosting a free viewing experience for all UK tennis fans, to be held over the two weeks of the games. Stella Artois’ Vantage Point event will see guests enjoy a space on Flat Iron Square in London dedicated solely to the enjoyment of the sport.
Experts will be close by as they host the proceedings, serving a new way of presenting the game. On Sunday 9th July, live at Vantage Point, Comedian Matt Richardson and Goran Ivanisevic will team up – making quite an unexpectedly witty duo – providing their take on the matches as they preside from their very own umpire chairs. If you miss them on the 9th, Matt will be providing his alternative take solo on the 6th.
“Everyone knows me for tennis, so I’m excited to work with Matt and Stella Artois to bring something a little bit different to the Wimbledon occasion this year for tennis fans at the event,” Goran Ivanisevic explains. “There will definitely be a few surprises along the way…”
