It’s long been known that music makes the world go round. It doesn’t matter what differences we share; music is something that connects people, helps them express themselves, and nurtures community and understanding. It’s an ethos that Marshall knows all too well. The company, founded in 1962 in London by shop owner and drum teacher Jim Marshall, has been helping shape the music industry for years, whether through moving live performances in venues across the globe or through speakers inside homes. Supporting artists, creatives, and communities has always been a part of that story.

Creating a collective community is exactly what inspired Berlin’s Thea Hope, a multi-disciplinary producer who has worked across theatre, film, and music, to develop 90mil, a multi-disciplinary venue and cultural space in the city. “I try and create that feeling — that feeling of possibility and limitless,” she says. It’s been almost a decade since she founded The Palace Collective, an international artist network that focuses on a DIY approach to bridging community and culture together. “Human beings are chaotic and leaning into that and allowing oneself to move within that.”

Creating a legacy like what Thea Hope is doing with 90mil requires community. What better way to bring people together than through music? It’s what Bromley 750, Marshall’s first-ever party speaker, was created: for the spaces and moments that are bringing people together through music, art, and other creative endeavours. “Chaos is a state of openness,” Hope explained. With Bromley 750, it’s easy to be open — turning a street, balcony, rooftop, or living room into a place where people linger a little longer. It’s True Stereophonic 360° sound with +40 Hours of playtime helps keep everyone in the same moment, with music carrying evenly no matter where someone is standing.

Integrated LED lights, influenced by the kind used onstage, add another layer of atmosphere, with a few simple presets to shift the mood as the night evolves. Its volume and presence simply help set the mood, offering a backdrop that keeps conversations and connections flowing. Like the Kilburn III and the Monitor III A.N.C headphones, the Bromley 750 joins a lineage of products designed to bring people together.

Music has always found ways to pull people closer, and it will continue to do so in countless forms. Thea Hope’s belief in creative openness echoes throughout these spaces and the people who fill them. Whether through a speaker, a stage, or a spontaneous gathering, the real power lies in how music welcomes us in, invites us to share space, and inspires us to create something together.
