There’s no room for hesitation between the posts, and Dominik Livaković knows it. The Croatian goalkeeper, revered for his composure under fire, stars in the third chapter of Protect Your Craft, Mackage’s athlete-led series celebrating performance under pressure. This latest instalment follows campaigns with footballer Joško Gvardiol and tennis player Donna Vekić, and lands just as Livaković gears up for a key match against Lazio and the long road to the 2025–26 season.
Shot on the streets of New York, the campaign plays up parallels between Livaković’s split-second precision and the luxury outerwear label’s technical tailoring. As he adjusts in real time on the pitch, the brand’s outerwear adapts to life off it — engineered to shield, shaped to move, and styled to stand its ground.
“Being a goalkeeper is about more than just physical skill — it’s about staying ready in every moment, whether I’m on the field or navigating everyday life in the city, I move with purpose,” says Livaković. “Mackage offers pieces that move with me — giving me the freedom to adapt, to perform, and to look sharp doing it.”
Founded in Canada by Eran Elfassy in 1999, Mackage began with a clear premise: outerwear should offer protection without compromising on style. Over two decades later, the brand has grown into a full-fledged lifestyle label. Known for its sculpted silhouettes, weather-adaptable designs, and elevated materials from featherlight down to structured wool, it has become a go-to for fashion enthusiasts.
The collection, launching July 24, includes transitional pieces built for the modern-day athlete and city-dweller alike. There’s the COLE, a refined wool peacoat with a modular collar; the DOMINIC, a precision-cut leather jacket; the EMILIO, a satin bomber designed for off-duty relax. Elsewhere, the VICTOR offers ergonomic warmth in featherlight down, and the reversible RALPH-HT mixes houndstooth wool with cotton twill — a true dual-purpose layer.
It’s all part of Mackage’s evolving vision for lifestyle luxury: outerwear that performs as hard as it looks. “Dominik represents the essence of Protect Your Craft — focused, disciplined, and uncompromising in his pursuit of excellence,” says Tanya Golesic, CEO of Mackage. “Whether he’s commanding the field or moving through the city, he carries an understated strength that reflects what Mackage stands for: protection through elevated design. We’re proud to partner with him for this next chapter.”
With a new alliance formed between Mackage and world-class athletes, Chapter III continues the legacy established by Gvardiol and Vekić, with its commitment to style under pressure.
