omega | the new seamaster diver 300m

Most dive watches gain character by ageing, but the new OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M achieves luxury by resisting time. The brand is rewriting the rules of the genre for 2025, unveiling a stunning new series crafted entirely from its exclusive, proprietary bronze gold, an unconventional alloy engineered for enduring beauty.

Bronze Gold is OMEGA’s one-of-a-kind, proprietary mix, enriched with noble elements including 37.5% gold (hallmarked as 9K), as well as palladium and silver. On top of that, the material offers incomparable corrosion resistance without the typical verdigris oxidation. This means the 42 mm case will age slowly, retaining its natural, beautiful patina over a far longer period, ensuring the watch remains exceptional for years to come.

The design lineage for these special editions is traced directly back to the coveted Seamaster Diver 300M 007Edition launched for the twenty-fifth film in the James Bond series ‘No Time to Die.’ Key features carried over include the distinguished mesh bracelet option, the uniquely finished oxalic anodised aluminium bezel ring and dial, and the elegant domed sapphire crystal.

Visually, the collection is defined by the rich contrast of the material and its accents. Both models feature the Bronze Gold case paired with a burgundy oxalic anodised aluminium bezel ring. This rich, contrasting shade beautifully stands out on the wrist, framing a diving scale marked in vintage Super-LumiNova. The dial is a sandblasted aluminium in a matte black tone, enhanced by PVD 18K Bronze Gold hands and blackened indexes, all filled with the same vintage Super-LumiNova for excellent clarity. Meanwhile, the OMEGA logo and other dial markings are subtly transferred in light brown.

There are two superb options for the wrist to choose from. One version comes on a brushed Bronze Gold mesh bracelet with a fold-over clasp, while the alternative features an integrated black rubber strap finished with a bronze gold buckle.

Inside, each timepiece is driven by the highly advanced OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806, which is proudly visible through the caseback’s sapphire crystal. This movement guarantees excellence in precision, performance and magnetic resistance, with all tests certified by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS), securing the Seamaster’s place at the summit of modern diving watch technology.
