The Royal Albert Hall dazzled as the Fashion Awards 2024, presented by Pandora, unfolded in a vibrant celebration of creativity, resilience, and inclusivity. The night honoured industry pioneers while delivering unforgettable moments both on and off the stage.
Icons of British fashion, film and music — including presenter Maya Jama, and actors Daisy Ridley, Simone Ashley, Shalom Brune-Franklin,Ellie Bamber and William Gao — gathered at The Peninsula London, the official hotel partner of the awards for the second year in a row.
A standout highlight was the presentation of the “Pandora Leader of Change Award” to Issa Rae. The esteemed writer, producer, and entrepreneur was celebrated for her groundbreaking impact on fashion, championing diversity and innovation. Pandora hosted an intimate lunch earlier in the day to honour Rae, setting the stage for an evening dedicated to the visionaries shaping the future of fashion.
Chloe and Halle Bailey marked their much-anticipated return to the stage with an exclusive remix of “To Love Somebody.” Their soulful performance — their first since April 2023 — infused the evening with magic, following their collaboration with Pandora’s BE LOVE campaign. “Music and fashion are both about self-expression, and this event is a perfect platform to honour the incredible talent shaping these worlds,” the sisters shared.
Sustainability took centre stage as winners were presented with trophies crafted entirely from recycled silver. Designed by British-Nigerian artist Jade Adeyemi, the pearlescent forms symbolised growth and adaptability. “I wanted the trophy to resonate with me as an artist and be something people would proudly showcase in their homes,” Adeyemi explained, aligning artistry with the event’s purpose-driven ethos.
Once again, the Fashion Awards cemented its place as one of the most dynamic events on the global fashion calendar.
