While the revolving door of celebrity ambassadorships can often feel like a game of high-fashion musical chairs, American actress Jennifer Connelly remains the sophisticated North Star of the Louis Vuitton universe.
Having been a muse to Nicolas Ghesquière for over two decades, stretching back to his early days at Balenciaga, Connelly brings a certain intellectual gravity to the House that feels entirely distinct from the modern energy of new ambassadors like Zendaya, Emma Stone or the latest Chase Infiniti.
For the Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, she steps away from the public spectacle of the Louvre’s grand halls into a far more evocative space: a poetic sanctuary defined by what Ghesquière calls “domestic rebellion.”

The campaign, lensed by Cass Bird, is a direct translation of Ghesquière’s most recent runway show, which famously took place in the summer apartments of Anne of Austria. The collection itself is a joyful subversion of indoor dressing, reimagining the private sphere as a space of boundless creativity.
Connelly is captured in moments of reflection, lost in a book or bathed in soft light, wearing textures that prioritise comfort. Connelly wears the collection’s boudoir-inspired textures like a second skin. Draped pink and white silks mimic the fluid fall of curtains, while voluminous white ensembles take their cues from the weight of luxury bed linens.
The accessories for the season follow this theme of refined, daily utility. The highlight is the Express Bag, a supple, nomadic evolution of the legendary Speedy, appearing in vibrant shades like Rose Atomic and Vanille. The Squire, a feminine reimagining of the Alma via its cosmetic pouch, and the Noe Trunk draw inspiration from Vuitton’s historic luggage with their charming hard-sided details.
Even the footwear embraces this duality with the Sneakerina, a hybrid for the modern muse. It offers a playful balance between a functional trainer and an elegant ballet flat, perfectly complemented by the equally relaxed Haven mules. This energy extends to the LV Cube jewellery, a series inspired by Gaston Vuitton’s archival Pateki game and etched with the signature Damier pattern. Designed specifically for the art of stacking, the new silver range feels like an invitation to play with your style.
The Spring/Summer 2026 collection lands in stores on 20th February. Find out more here.
