It’s time to go back to the East Coast in GANT‘s Autumn/Winter Collection 23. Bringing together the influences of New York-inspired American sportswear with nods to 1980s and 1990s pop culture, GANT’s latest collection is about understated sophistication and the all American fashion ideals so prevalent in preppy style.
This Schön! film embodies the feeling one experiences when autumn makes an appearance once again — it is a return to our roots, a feeling of starting anew as the leaves (or snow) begins to fall. A sign that one door is closing and a new chapter is beginning. It’s a time where one can reinvent themselves — using clothing as a way to not just transition into a new season, but into someone new entirely.
From cosy knitwear to relaxed and casual silhouettes, GANT’s Autumn/Winter collection brings a new perspective on ‘American Academia,’ weaving together nods to collegiate motifs and colours that represent the season. Equal parts playful and casual, the collection is an ode to the rich legacy and history entwined across American campuses but with a modern flair.
