Coco Fennell aims to tackle the intimidating nature of the fashion industry head-on. Whilst its exclusivity might be stifling, Coco Fennell wants to break down the stigma surrounding body image, to promote a message of positivity, fun and friendliness. With distinctive prints and flattering forms, the brand has already made its mark on the fashion landscape. Specifically working with the body means the clothes are designed according to the natural lines of the body. The label, founded by Coco Fennell in 2011, has since gone on to conquer the hearts of celebrities, of the likes of Rita Ora, Pixie Lott, Daisy Lowe and Lindsay Lohan.
‘Girl in waiting’ showcases a collaboration between photographer Alexa King and designer Coco Fennell’s new ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ Spring/Summer collection, which takes inspiration from the Elvis era. Made in floaty chiffons, embroidered crepes and in Coco’s signature super-flattering shapes, the collection is perfect for a summer of Juke Box dancing and hanging in diners.
