Formula E has found its new face, and it is one that feels entirely at home in the high-speed, high-style intersection of global culture. Lucien Laviscount, the British actor who became a household name as Alfie in Netflix’s ‘Emily in Paris,’ has been officially named a Brand Ambassador for the 2025/26 season.
If you’ve been watching the paddock over the last year, this won’t come as a total surprise. Laviscount has become a regular fixture at races from Miami and Mexico City to Monaco and London.
Laviscount has spent the past decade moving between television, film and fashion, with credits ranging from ‘Snatch’ and ‘Scream Queens’ to Amazon’s ‘Your Christmas or Mine?’ With several international projects lined up, including ‘People We Meet On Vacation,’ his cultural reach continues to stretch well beyond the screen.
“[Laviscount] embodies the energy and forward-thinking spirit that defines our Championship,” says Ellie Norman, Chief Marketing Officer of Formula E.
As an official ambassador, Laviscount is set to be a permanent part of the Season 12 narrative, appearing in broadcast moments, fan experiences and digital collaborations.
For Lucien, the connection is personal. “Formula E has become such a special part of my life over the last year. The people, the purpose, the energy around every race – it’s unlike anything else in sport,” he says. “I’m genuinely excited to officially join the family as a Brand Ambassador […]. I can’t wait for fans to see what we have planned.”
Fans can expect to see him trackside very soon. The season picks up speed in Miami on 31 January, where Laviscount will begin his new tenure.
