The work is influenced by 2001: A Space Odyssey, a Stanley Kubrick masterpiece set in a pragmatic future which questions the identity of human nature and its destiny. Martina di Martino reawakens the iconic film through direction and styling, pulling from brands such as Maison Margiela, Prada and Acne Studios, whilst the eerie, dystopian beauty is created by Maco Yoshino and Martina Agnelli.
