ralph lauren | the holiday experience in munich

What does the ultimate Ralph Lauren holiday fantasy look like? Turns out it involves trading the snowy Adirondacks for the foothills of the Bavarian Mountains.

Earlier this November, Ralph Lauren brought its signature, cinematic holiday magic to Munich, as part of ‘The Ralph Lauren Holiday Experience’ in a series of immersive installations that will travel the world.

Set against a perfectly rustic-chic backdrop, guests were invited to celebrate the actual feeling of the holidays, complete with a seasonal menu and live musical performances by Luke Noa and Austrian indie rock duo Cari Cari.

Since the first experience in Seoul, in the Seongsu-dong District, the event, which is open to the public, will continue in London, followed by Tokyo Midtown and West Hollywood in Los Angeles at the beginning of December.

As for the activities, those will include family portrait studios, boutique pop-up shops and artisanal wreath-making workshops, along with the popular Ralph’s Coffee pop-ups.

This atmosphere is a direct reflection of the Holiday collection itself, a full-bodied dive into the brand’s most beloved signifiers. This season, the look leans into a rich, equestrian-inspired glamour built on heritage Fair Isle patterns, rich Blackwatch tartans and colourful cable-knits. The iconic Polo Bear was, of course, a central character, appearing on chunky signature sweaters, while collection pieces featured polished silver stirrup hardware on bags and belts.

But the real power of the event was the guest list: a sharp, curated mix of German acting royalty and Schön! cover stars, all dressed in this vision of Ralph Lauren. The cast included actors Emilia Schüle, Alicia von Rittberg and August Wittgenstein, among others. Gen Z web stars were also present, including Caro Daur, Nic Kaufmann, Benji Krol and the entire Elevator Boys crew.
