What would you do if you could have the photo shoot of your dreams? With help from Profoto, now you can. Schön! and Profoto are teaming up to offer you a chance to win a photo shoot in a studio stocked with €1.000 of Profoto equipment. Read on to find out how to enter.
Profoto have long been masters of the camera flash. Developed over years of on-the-ground experience around the world, their range of flashes and lighting tools have accompanied photographers in everything from studio setups to naturally-lit outdoor features.
One of their latest innovations in this field has been the release of the Profoto A10, a new generation in compact flashes. With Profoto’s state of the art AirX technology built into the flash, the A10 is a fully powered on- or off-camera flash that works with any capturing device ranging from Digital SLRs to smartphones. Using the A10, you’re sure to capture a great photo no matter the conditions.
Simply put, Profoto loves good photography — which makes it a great pairing for Schön! Magazine. That’s why Schön! and Profoto have decided to join forces to give Schön! readers a chance to win a photo shoot outfitted with the latest and greatest gear that Profoto has to offer.
To enter, use this contact form to tell us about your unique studio shoot idea. In your pitch, please include a mood board in addition to any other information that may be helpful to us as we envision your idea. There is no minimum word count for your creative concept — it’s simply vital that we get a clear idea of what you have in mind for this studio shoot.
For eligibility, you must submit your concept, mood board and all other requisite information by January 7, 2021. From there, a jury consisting of Profoto professionals and the staff of Schön! Magazine will assess all entries and select a winner. The winner of the competition will be informed in January 2021, and Profoto will work with the winner to find a suitable studio to execute their vision.
As COVID-19 restrictions limit accessibility of certain studios, there is no specific date in mind for the studio shoot. Once the winner and Profoto have found a studio, Profoto will assist both the winner and the partner studio in finding a date and time that works for all involved parties. After the shoot is complete, the winner will get the chance to be featured across Profoto’s global channels. The full rules are available on the entry form.
