Save the Duck has partnered with Luisa Via Roma’s new LVRSustainable imprint to release a new collaboration that puts sustainability at the forefront.
Sustainability is one of the biggest talking points in the industry today. With the importance of sustainability in mind, luxury Italian retailer Luisa Via Roma has launched LVRSustainable, a new section devoted to offering the best sustainable looks while benefiting social and environmental causes. Under this section, it has collaborated with Save the Duck to host its Fall/Winter 2020-2021 collection — a collection filled with conscious, sustainability-minded design.
The collection takes a minimalist yet edgy approach, utilising classic outdoor jacket forms made with sustainable materials. Every piece is crafted from high-quality animal-free materials and features sustainably-sourced windproof and water resistant fabric.
While the pieces in this collection are clearly inspired by the generations of functional outerwear that have come before it, it still manages a youthful shine while maintaining a high level of functionality, making it great for any outdoor activity.
This collection continues Save the Duck’s output of conscious design. The last time Schön! featured Save the Duck, the label had just released an eco-conscious line inspired by both the Himalayas and the native animals of Tibet, and with their newest collaborative effort with LVRSustainable, they keep this environmentally-focused trend going in beautiful form.
