Pharrell Williams’ reign at Louis Vuitton has taught us that peak dandyism is achievable even when the industry is in constant demand of something new and modern. After his Spring-Summer 2026 show at the Centre Pompidou, the creative director invited us to look outward, moving away from the static grandeur of the museum and onto the open road.
The new campaign, shot by Drew Vickers, is a cinematic celebration of the ‘Art of Travel,’ but seen from the dusty, rugged vantage point of train cars and cargo vans. It focuses on the thrill of movement that happens in the interludes between communities. To lead this expedition, Pharrell has recruited an adventurous duo that represents two sides of the same worldly coin: brand ambassadors Jeremy Allen White and Pusha T.
Pusha T embodies a version of the dandy that feels entirely liberated. He wears suiting that is dapper but pointedly non-restrictive, blurring the lines between the elegance of a bygone travel era and the technical innovations Pharrell has pioneered. We see this reinvention in the details, particularly in the jacquard motifs and intricate embroidery appearing on denim, turning utilitarian staples into something far more sophisticated. The tailoring is airy and expansive, featuring wide-lapelled jackets and flared trousers.
On the other side of the tracks, Jeremy Allen White brings the “Yes, Chef” intensity of his screen presence to a wardrobe of coffee-brown denim washes and sun-bleached pastels. His look is a nod to Pharrell’s recent excursions from Paris to Mumbai, mixing global sartorial sensibilities with a rough, American worldliness. The textures are the star here, with fabrics that feel as though they’ve already traversed a few thousand miles before even leaving the hanger.
Of course, a Louis Vuitton journey is only as good as the luggage you carry, and the accessories in this campaign look like they’ve seen some things. The trunks, Keepalls and the ever-present Speedy P9 are crafted from materials that are deceptively lightweight yet durable enough to survive a railway car floor. Some runway favourites also make an appearance, including the bejewelled green Speedy and those highly anticipated Darjeeling Limited collaboration pieces, appearing like souvenirs from a long-haul trip.
