Louis Vuitton is no stranger to redefining classic design — think of the recent re-edition of the iconic monogram bags in collaboration with Takashi Murakami. For Spring-Summer 2025, the house introduces its latest signature piece: the LV BIKER bag. Conceived by Nicolas Ghesquière, the brand’s Artistic Director of Women’s Collections, the bag plays on the idea of “soft power,” balancing structure with suppleness in a way that mirrors the strength and delicacy of femininity.
Drawing inspiration from the iconic biker jacket, the LV BIKER carries an edge of resilience while maintaining Louis Vuitton’s unmistakable elegance. The design folds elements of the maison’s trunk-making heritage into something unmistakably modern, from its foldable construction to its intricate leatherwork — a clear nod to the legendary Speedy and Keepall. It offers versatility at its core, with an array of straps and two handles that allow for multiple ways to wear — as a clutch, on the shoulder, across the body, or in hand.

Remember that electric Spring/Summer 2025 runway show? Savvy observers might recall a glimpse of the LV BIKER’s influence even then, with models sporting leather jackets boasting similar strap detailing and textural contrasts. But it’s the new Pixel lambskin leather that truly sets the LV BIKER apart. The two-toned effect, achieved by adding a surface-level layer of color, gives the supple, grained texture an incredible depth.
The LV BIKER is already cementing itself as an essential addition to Louis Vuitton’s ever-evolving accessory lineup. The bag is available in three sizes and a range of urban-cool colours: the spacious LV BIKER MM comes in Pixel Noir and Dark Denim, the LV BIKER PM in Pixel Noir and Pixel Grège, and the ultra-compact LV Biker Nano in Pixel Noir, your perfect day-to-night companion.
