With this series entitled “drama queen,” photographer Lisa Miquet drew inspiration from the emblematic character of Pierrot from Commedia dell’arte to talk about mental health. Pierrot, with his pale, melancholy face, represents a blank canvas onto which to project a range of emotions and feelings. Through my pictures, Miquet wishes to explore loneliness, sadness, and the search for meaning, but also resilience, hope and healing.
