Designers Against Aids is a Belgian charity that aims to raise awareness of the disease amongst young people by working with fashion designers and luckily for us they have come up with this super-cute shamrock pin which will make a great gift for a charitable chum, who will be delighted to know that their newest piece of jewellery is supporting a great cause.
