nobu hotel barcelona x trent | the in-room designer fashion rental

Travelling light doesn’t have to mean compromising on style. Nobu Hotel Barcelona has teamed up with local fashion rental platform Trent to launch an exclusive in-room service that lets guests borrow designer pieces without ever leaving their suite.

From May 26, visitors to the hotel can scan a QR code in their room to browse Trent’s selection of high-end looks from independent designers — including Hugo Kreit, Julia Heuer, Open YY, and more. Once selected, items are delivered to the hotel within an hour and brought straight to the guest’s room — just in time for dinner at Nobu, cocktails on the rooftop, or a night out in the city. When it’s time to return, guests simply leave the pieces with reception.

Founded in Barcelona by Laia and Alejandro, Trent is on a mission to make fashion more conscious and accessible. Rather than buying fast fashion for a single trip, guests can explore new designers, experiment with their style, and travel a little lighter — all while supporting emerging talent.

With Nobu Hotel’s sharp interiors and Trent’s playful take on rental fashion, the partnership taps into a growing demand for luxury experiences that are both stylish and sustainable. Whether you’re packing hand luggage or just fancy a wardrobe refresh while away, it’s a chance to dress the part — without the baggage.
