After spending nearly seven years playing John B. Routledge, Chase Stokes, who wears Dior for Schön! 50, says he is now rediscovering who he is outside of the character on ‘Outerbanks’. As he puts it, “I’ve spent almost seven years, since 2019, in the skin and in the space of another human being,” and now he is asking himself, “who am I at 33?” Having wrapped the final season of the show in December, the actor, who for the past seven years has been dividing his time between Charleston, South Carolina and Los Angeles, is finally catching his breath. “I’m taking a second to just focus on myself,” he explains. “It’s been a long time since I’ve put myself in a position where I don’t need to go back to work.”
