There are bags for work, bags for evenings, bags for travelling, bags that only fit lip balm and blind optimism. Louis Vuitton would prefer if you stopped choosing altogether.

The French Maison has expanded its lineup with The Multipass Bag, an accessory designed to morph seamlessly across an endless array of personas. Part of the brand’s new Express lineage, this slouchy, multi-functional creation pairs a relaxed structure with clean, minimalist aesthetics.

First unveiled by Nicolas Ghesquière during the sun-drenched Cruise 2026 presentation at the historic Palais des Papes in Avignon, the silhouette immediately secured its place alongside archival mainstays like the Petite Malle and the Side Trunk. Unlike traditional luggage, the design opts instead for a pliable form factor. Available in the House’s iconic Monogram canvas, supple grained leather in shades ranging from deep black to soft vanilla, rich suede-effect finishes and an inventive Epi trompe l’œil treatment printed onto suede calfskin, each version gives the silhouette an entirely different personality.

For Autumn/Winter 2026, the family grows again with the arrival of the Mini Multipass. This miniature variation carries the exact same craftsmanship codes as its larger sibling but shrivels the proportions down to a graceful, compact wristlet. Multipass immediately brings to mind something that opens doors, unlocks journeys and moves effortlessly between destinations. Travel has always sat at the heart of Louis Vuitton’s identity, and while the trunks may have become smaller over the decades, that spirit remains firmly intact.
