You wouldn’t trust a vintage trunk-maker with your life on a black diamond run – unless that trunk-maker is Louis Vuitton, of course. The Maison is conquering the entire altitude lifestyle with LV SKI 2025, a complete, sophisticated collection of high-performance winter wear, designed not just for the slopes, but for the entire atmosphere of mountain life.
The core of the line consists of highly technical pieces ready for the elements. Graphic coats and salopettes are crafted from an ultra-lightweight and fully waterproof technical fabric, ensuring thermal protection and complete freedom of movement.
The recycled nylon jackets are embellished with quilted-effect topstitching, referencing the Malletage quilting that once lined the interior of classic Louis Vuitton trunks.
The collection pivots elegantly from mountain peak to mountain lodge. The après-ski selection is defined by cosy textures and celebratory motifs. Rich knitwear featuring Norwegian patterns or subtly stitched with Monogram flowers is paired with sequin-embroidered denim, creating a look that reflects the sharp, spirited energy of the winter resort.

Meanwhile, the collection’s leather goods offer a mix of textures and materials. Take the Monogram Miroir canvas, for instance, which returns this season in both a high-shine silver and a new, stunning coppery shade. Inspired by the look of glacial ice and referencing the House’s historic metal trunks from 1891, this reflective canvas lends a distinct retro-futuristic aesthetic to iconic bags like the Alma, Speedy, Petite Malle and OnTheGo.
For a warmer, wintery feel, plush shearling adorns the Capucines line and the Neverfull Inside Out BB, the latter reimagined in a chocolate or beige Cosygram version. The most irresistible piece is the Teddy Muff, a collectible model that cleverly fuses the Monogram canvas with cosy merino shearling in a unique sleeve-meets-bag design. For a sportier silhouette, the Speedy and the High Raise belt bag are updated in a denim-look nylon.
Completing the look are the footwear and accessories. Suede leather and shearling trim elevate the Cortina ankle boots and mules, both grounded by a sophisticated lug sole patterned with Monogram flowers. The sporty aesthetic is carried through in the LV Cloud boots, which borrow the same motif used on the technical jackets. To finish the cold-weather uniform, hoods, hats and scarves offer an enveloping warmth, all accented by the now-iconic ski mask featuring signature Monogram lenses.
