The self-proclaimed “king of bedroom pop” Verzache has made a return with his third studio album, HYPOCRITE, a luminous collision of euphoric alt-pop and unflinching self-reflection. Written during a period of deep isolation, the record channels chaos, regret, and growth into shimmering soundscapes that feel both cinematic and intimate.

Across HYPOCRITE, Verzache pairs glossy, larger-than-life production with the raw emotional honesty of his early SoundCloud days, transforming self-doubt and heartbreak into catharsis. Now 27, he stands at a creative crossroads — evolving beyond his DIY roots while holding fast to the vulnerability that defines his sound.

Schön! enlisted Verzache to curate a special playlist of his favourite tracks to mark the release of HYPOCRITE.
