British artist Miso Extra is impossible to put in a box. Her eclectic sound is vast mix of all the genres that have shaped her life from UK Garage to Pop. Without the boundaries of genre, listeners are only left with feeling. And the feeling of Miso Extra’s music can only be described as atmospheric. No where does this shine more than her latest album ‘Earcandy’ which fuses futuristic beats with R&B and Pop elements. In the vastness of her sound, there is so much to explore. It’s a refreshing reminder that there are no rules to art, the only goal is to create. In an interview with Schön!, Miso Extra curates her ideal playlist and shares some insight into her musical journey.

Phil Collins
