Designers Alexa Adams and Flora Gills focused purely on clothes this season as models were given almost-bare makeup and messily tied hair (think Kate Bosworth in Blue Crush), allowing the hairpieces to stand out like peacock tails.
By utilizing colorful patterns, criss-crossing lines, and unique textures, Ohne Titel presented a sportier side of his brand. The collection served two different girls – a girl going on an exploration in an African jungle and another girl swimming in an isolated Hawaiian beach – one recognized only by the locals. Shoes were open, appropriate for the active girl.
As Ohne Titel put it, it was “layering and transparency with a surf sport influence.”
