Photographer and musician Wendy Bevan turns the camera on herself for a new audio-visual installation. The Slow Light installation showcases Bevan’s dreamlike, symbolic work, laced with subversive eroticism and inflamed with texture and intensity. The exhibition features portraits of the artist herself taken on her signature Polaroid camera.
Bevan’s work has been exhibited internationally, including in VOGUE Italia, POP and i-D. The Slow Light installation follows on from Bevan’s two previous exhibitions, 10 Polaroid Years (2013) and The Pain of Desire (2011).
The Slow Light Exhibition runs until 31st May at the Cob Gallery.
