Kelis took the world by storm back in 1999 with her first hit Caught out There, which was to become the anthem that projected the singer into an international spotlight. Nearly 15 years later, and Kelis still refuses to stop surprising us with her talent. For Issue 24, Schön! met the Harlem singer-turned-professional chef to talk culinary favourites, fashion and her upcoming album, the aptly-named Food, released 21st April.
